1/2 small cabbage,shredded
1/2 bunch coriander,leaves only
2 jalapeño chillies,roughly chopped
1 cucumber,peeled,de-seeded and cut into half moons
4 spring onions,peeled and sliced
2 limes
extra virgin olive oil
sea salt
Mix all ingredients in a bowl,dress with lime juice and extra virgin olive oil and season.
