A quick and easy smoothie,the perfect complement to a healthy breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cold milk

  • 1/3 cup runny honey

  • 1 cup vanilla yoghurt

  • 4 scoops vanilla ice-cream

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen berries,such as blueberries

Method

  1. Place ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
