The day's events are all about fun and fitness. It kicks off at 7am with a workout where the idea is you connect up with a mate and get through it together. There's some Zoomba,yoga and meditation,then at 5pm the music begins withBag Raiders andHockey Dad before a bit of comedy then more music fromThe Aston Shuffle,Set Mo andClose Counters.
