Kosta and Pam Talimanidis closed their celebrated Lorne taverna,Kosta's,back in 2003 to open the equally celebrated A La Grecque at Aireys Inlet. Now with their sons,Alex and Dominic,they have reopened the old Kosta's as Ipsos (Greek for"height"),serving a modern spin on Greek tavern cooking. That means dips,salads,grilled fish,steamed mussels,pork souvlaki,lamb keftedes,Mythos beer and good wine in a relaxed,streetwise setting.
