The dynamos from Lorne’s Bottle of Milk have taken a nightclub in Torquay,given it a beachy makeover and launched the coast’s liveliest burger ’n’ beer barn. Morning surfers love a ‘Cold Shower’ (BLT,hash brown and egg) and BoM’s silky coffee,while later on groups slide into white booths for lunch or dinner,choosing from chicken,beef or vegetarian burgers. Favourites include ‘Bingo Bango’ (chicken,chilli,coriander and salad) and ‘Original NYC’ (a whopping 100 per cent beef burger with double cheese,dijon mustard and dill pickle).
