Pedal straight up Seddon's Victoria Street and you'll have to brake at Chicco:with their windows open, you could ride in and over their hessian-bag cushions. Unadvisable, but bubbly staff will likely smile and take your order. It was once a bar, then a restaurant, now exclusively a cafe;Chicco's wheel of change has stopped on a winner. The fragrant Padre coffee has citrus notes, and the white-chocolate biscuit crumbles sweetly. Lunch and breakfast menus are contemporary Australian, though the Caribbean sliced salmon with pineapple salsa adds a dub touch.
