Offerings include the Painkiller (cannellini beans baked in a tomato-based sauce,dotted with chunks of chorizo and two beautifully poached eggs) and eggs anyhoo,with sourdough toast and smoked ocean trout. Sweeter tooths opt for ricotta on a thick slice of brioche,covered in finely chopped pistachios and drizzled with honey. Its sustainability ethos is reflected in the use of compostable crockery.
