Purple Patch is an extremely new kid on the bayside block,bringing all things organic,eco-friendly,vegetarian and vegan to Sandringham's coffee scene. While the interior is charmingly lo-fi,with its polished concrete floor and mismatched retro furniture,the coffee turns the dial way up. Purple Patch is using Balaclava's magnificent Monk Bodhi Dharma coffee ($4) and Schulz organic milk to produce a well-rounded,zingy brew with zero bitterness and a sparkly linger on the tongue. The simple menu is all fresh,all house-made,and all meat-free. Feels good,doesn't it?
