Padded chairs,starched white tablecloths and huge cantilevered windows add to the comfortable,swanky vibe. The menu looks to Europe and Asia. For starters,Asian spiced pork belly is well-matched with sweetened soy sauce and zingy red cabbage salad,although perhaps falling short of ideal crackling crispness. A main of peppered kangaroo fillet is a generous protein hit. six slices served rare with port jus,beetroot tapenade and crisp sweet potato chips.
