Two's company but three's better for sampling the 15 chef's recommendations,10 blackboard specials and 92 menu entries at this modest little eatery,where waiters are keen to make suggestions. The vegetarian dishes are particularly good,like rice-paper rolls bursting with mint,lettuce,rice vermicelli and crisp vegies. Sizzling New Zealand mussels,spiked with ginger and shallots,snowpeas and carrot,are a knockout combination. Some of the stir-fry dishes are sauce heavy and it's the vegies that can be most memorable in the beef with lemongrass and basil. Portions are generous,so bring some buddies.
