The set chalkboard menu changes regularly but usually includes several tempura dishes – perhaps wagyu slices,pork-stuffed shiitake mushrooms,purple fig,or sweet potato,as well as offerings such as Fremantle sardines with sour plum cigar,peerless sashimi and a refreshing seaweed salad.
