I would eat mac and cheese every day if I could. But,sadly,traditional mac and cheese lacks some of those pesky food groups (protein,vegetables) you need to live a nutritious life.
So,let’s add them in! Really,it’sjusta creamy pasta bake,but somehow everybody perks up when I tell them it’s mac and cheese (then,in a smaller voice,whisper “with chicken and broccoli”).
