But Circa is all that a cafe should be,with its high-detail coffee work and flavour-busting food. The crowd spills out of its skinny-binny interior onto wooden stools under the jaunty striped awning,hungry for fat smoked trout sandwiches,or baked eggs with sucuk sausage and feta. The double ristretto 5 Senses coffee ($3.50) is spot-on for timing and temperature,and as much care is taken with the loose-leaf tea.
