Here,the menu's eccentric cast list includes the'crazy boy roll','prawn killer sushi'and'Fujiyama mushroom mountain'. A geography teacher might question the description of the mushroom'mountain'- it's really a low-lying structure of flat mushroom halves - but its unlikely pairing with creamy feta and a tangy-sweet salad deserves a good grade. Also worth a good score is the moreish black horenso. Decorative touches such as the ginkgo-print crockery also win points. Outside,the courtyard pictures of Mount Fuji pay tribute to the landmark the restaurant is named after.
