Hu's InnSuppliedWho’s in? Anyone keen on a bit of deep-fryer action! A large proportion of the menu at this tiny 20-seater made to look like a street food stall is ‘fried delights’. Those are their words, but they’re accurate. Order and pay at the shingle awning-covered counter:jalapeno cheese sticks, sweet potato chips with plum powder, cuttlefish balls, tian bu la (chewy and fish cake-like) and salt-and-pepper chicken. The latter are addictive bite-sized nuggets. Smiling staff are super eager to please and the menu is,too, with the likes of wonton soup and rice-and-veg dishes for anyone not in for the fry-up.
