Sitting proud on Barrenjoey Road,this stylish pizzeria has it all;slick fit-out,savvy service,a tight display of tempting gelato and a pizza oven built into the back wall. Bases are the key,perfectly blistered,fresh from the oven,thin and chewy. Toppings are flavour-heavy combinations of prosciutto,caramelised pear,gorgonzola and sweet fig vincotto,or fior di latte mozzarella,ham and artichoke. Outside the pizza menu,budgets are a little stretched,but gems include chilli mussels in tomato and white wine,or buffalo mozzarella and tomato caprese salad. But pizza is king here.
