At this Greville Street eatery in the former Ladro TAP space,the menu rolls four pasta dishes and a lengthy list of snacks and salumi into the package,while the bar program is a big focus. There are also 10 pizza options on offer.

French-born chef Thibault Boggio,whose father is Italian,draws on his heritage with a white ragu of duck and speck,lasagne,a prawn and zucchini pizza inspired by a Campanian pasta and bomboloni.

Rossi’s Wednesday gnocchi night is soundtracked by live jazz,hip-hop and neo-soul,while your gnocchi choices are threefold – wagyu beef ragu,carbonara or roasted pumpkin – and each comes with a vino from Mitchelton label Preece Wines.
