Ingredients

  • 400g creme fraiche

  • 1tbsp coconut sugar

  • 2 tsp chai powder

  • 1 orange,zest and juice

Method

  1. In a medium-sized bowl,add the creme fraiche,sugar,chai powder,orange zest and half the juice,and mix well.

    You can play around with the spices,adding a little extra cinnamon or nutmeg. Serve generous dollops on top ofbanana bread.
