"Wiesn Koks"is made from menthol,sugar and glucose and is sold in small glass containers for about $6. It is generally snorted and has a sinus-cleansing effect.

The drug-free substance is commonly used by revellers at Oktoberfest celebrations.

"The AFL will conduct its own inquiries,"AFL corporate affairs head Jay Allen said.
