Ms Trad and her husband signed the contract in late March,however,the property was not declared on the Queensland Parliament's register of members'interests within a month,as required.
The Treasurerreferred herself to Queensland's crime watchdog over the purchase in July,as did the LNP.

A spokesman for Ms Trad confirmed on Wednesday the house was sold for no more than it had been purchased for"less stamp duties".
On Thursday,Ms Trad took to social media to hit back at accusations the sale had gone through in secret.
"Oh,for heavens sake! Talk about manufacturing a soap opera..."she wrote.
"The fact is the sale is not a secret,it’s just not complete. As is normal,conditions of a sale of contract have to be met and we’re waiting for that to happen.
