"Those three blokes,none of them are known for their compassion,"he said.

Earlier in the week Mr Morrison attacked Ms Palaszczuk over a decision preventing former Queenslander Sarah Caisip from attending her father's funeral,describing it as inhumane.

Mr Miles raised the moment Mr Morrison almost cried during a radio interview over the decision,which forced Ms Caisip to view her father’s body without family present and wearing full PPE.

"But has he ever cried about the people who have died in aged care under his watch?"he asked.

"Has he ever cried about the Ruby Princess,which saw people spread right throughout this country with COVID-19?

"Does he cry right now for the tens of thousands of Australians who are stranded overseas unable to return home?

"They are all things he is responsible for,but he has never once taken any responsibility,never once expressed any kind of regret."

Mr Miles said he suspected the attack was because of the upcoming Queensland election on October 31.

"These restrictions apply in Tasmania,South Australia,Western Australia and Northern Territory but did you once see Scott Morrison talk about any of those states,those that don't have elections coming up?"he asked.

His rebuke came after Queensland recorded three new cases on Friday,raising the state’s total number of confirmed cases to 1149.

There are 31 active cases in the state and the death toll of six remains the same.

The new cases – a man in his 20s and two girls under the age of 10 – were linked to the Corrective Services cluster.

The cluster of 48 infected people includes seven staff from Ipswich Hospital.

Transport Minister Mark Bailey also backed Premier Palaszczuk over the public backlash.

"We don’t,as politicians,make decisions;we let the health experts and the doctors make decisions,"he said.

"And some of them are really hard,and some of them are unpopular,but they’re the things that help save lives."
