He also pointed to the watchdog’s high-profile Operation Belcarra investigation and recommended property developer ban,warning the lead-up to an election could be a"high-risk"period for those holding or seeking office.
Mr MacSporran added the commission was"proactively"pulling together information,including donations,made to parties and candidates,to"better understand whether these give rise to any new or emerging corruption risks".
"The CCC’s own intelligence assessment indicates that the lines between government and the private sector are blurring,with overlapping networks of association involving consultants,influencers,lobbyists and executives,"he said.

Ms Palaszczuk said in response on Wednesday that everybody involved in the election should be heeding the advice of the CCC chair.
"I think all candidates need to be aware of their obligations and when you are running for high office,you have to be held to a high standards. I think in all elections – federal elections,council elections and state elections,"she said.
"We have a very strict lobbying laws in this state and they were introduced back in 2009,there is a lobbyist code of conduct and they have to be followed."
