The magistrate said Stack"blatantly ignored"previous directions by not only staying at another address but going out to Northbridge.
The magistrate labelled it a"serious … blatant"breach and denied bail as"a matter of public safety". Stack is next due in court on Monday.
Stack made headlines in September when he and Richmond teammate Callum Coleman-Jones breached the AFL’s COVID-19 protocols in Queensland, with the 20-year-old declaring at the time he was intent on regaining the trust of his club back.
The pair had been involved in a fight outside a Gold Coast strip club and were sent home and suspended for 10 matches.
The Tigers were fined $100,000,a penalty that will impact on the club's football department resources next season.
At the time,Stack apologised for his actions."I'm aware of the actions that I've made and I'm dealing with the consequences constantly,"he told Channel Ten at Adelaide airport.
In a social media post,Stack added:"I'm very sorry, understand the seriousness of it and can do nothing now but own the consequences. I've let down the AFL,the club I love,my teammates, coaches and staff, its members and the Tiger Army.
"I have also let down my family,my friends and all of those who have helped me along the way. To those who are supporting me at the moment,a huge thanks. I only hope going forward I can rebuild trust in me again."
A 42-year-old man is also due to face Perth Magistrates Court on Sunday charged with fail to comply with a COVID self-quarantine direction.
The Russian national arrived in Perth on Friday from overseas and was directed to quarantine for 14 days in Perth accommodation.
