The drivers were calling for Australia to open up,protesting pandemic restrictions for essential workers and the mandate for those crossing the border to have had a COVID-19 vaccination.
A 33-year-old NSW man and a 35-year-old Victorian man were fined $2067 each for failing to comply with moving a heavy vehicle.

They were also fined $55 for stopping on a highway.
