Emergency services were called to the incident involving a Toyota,a Suzuki and a road train around 180 kilometres north of Perth at about 9am.
A former Collingwood player has been charged after two people were killed following a crash in Western Australia on Friday morning.
Shannon Cox,38,was allegedly behind the wheel of the Toyota when it collided with the Suzuki hatchback,killing two women in their 80s.
A 12-year-old female passenger of the Toyota received minor injuries and was treated by paramedics at the scene.
Cox has been charged with two counts of dangerous driving causing death. The former Collingwood player was due to face Perth Magistrates Court on Saturday.

Cox was drafted from the West Australian Football League in the 2006 rookie draft and played 25 games for Collingwood over three seasons.
In 2009,he played 11 of the first 13 games in the seniors before spending the remainder of the season in the VFL.
The Collingwood defender retired from professional football that year,aged 23,telling the club he no longer had the desire to play in the AFL.
After his stint in the AFL,Cox moved to the South West Football League where he played for the Collie Eagles and Donnybrook Football Club.
