More than 50,000 voters in Melbourne’s outer northeast will return to the polls to replace outgoing Warrandyte MP Ryan Smith.
The former youth pastor will contest the upcoming byelection for the Liberals in what is seen as a high-stakes contest for Opposition Leader John Pesutto.
