The Cessnock's spacious bar and lounge exult in an old-world charm and are made all the more enchanting by this grand old beauty's imperfections. We opt for a table in the restaurant's sunny courtyard. A tasting plate comes piled with soft prosciutto,divinely fresh olives and chorizo. The Kurrajong Restaurant's gigantic signature ribs on thick-cut chips are impossible to finish. The meat is sublime:sticky in a thick,sweet sauce and falling off the bone,and the salad is drizzled in a delicious honey mustard. The works burger is super-sized and impossible to keep together. We challenge you to find a better one.
