Yummy Chinese BBQ

This isn't your standard Chinese chop shop with roasted treats in the window. Here,a motorised grill does the work,so all you need to do is select from a cold buffet of meat skewers - beef,lamb,tongue,prawns,chicken gizzards or hearts and prawns and squid - then slot them into the grill to rotate over charcoal. Before you know it,your meat is ready,supplemented by a selection of salads,soup,Sichuan-style fish and pork belly,among others,and a dessert buffet that tempts,perhaps,with mango pudding. All you need to do then is order some beers and keep the grill stocked. Lots of fun!
