Winx completed her racing career in the Queen Elizabeth Stakes in April with a33rd consecutive victory,a streak which included 25 group 1 wins,and her owners have sweated over the decision of which stallion she would see this season. She eneded her racing life with 37 wins from 43 starts for $26,451,175 in prizemoney,a world record.
She had cast a magical spell over racing and the sporting public throughout her unbeaten run with her ability to simply win and win again and again.
