Steven Miles
Following the fall of Jackie Trad,Mr Miles has become the most powerful minister in the Left faction.
Mr Miles was elected to the Queensland Parliament in 2015 and became environment minister in his first term.
Following a redistribution of electorate boundaries,he moved from a seat in Brisbane's inner-western suburbs to the seat of Murrumba,north of the city,in 2017.
He was sworn in as health minister after the 2017 election.
The 42-year-old has a PhD in political science and his thesis was on rebuilding worker participation in trade unions.
He also worked as a policy adviser to former Treasurer Andrew Fraser and at United Voice,the ambulance union.

Before he was elected to State Parliament,he ran in the safe federal Liberal seat of Ryan in 2010,but lost.
Mr Miles lives in Mango Hill with his wife,Kim,and their three children,Sam,Aidan and Bridie.
Mr Miles has faced a number of scandals during his time as Health Minister including major problems withhospital ordering systems,thebungled roll-out of the IT system ieMR and thespilling of hundreds of patients'medical records onto a road.
An LNP Health spokeswoman said he"should have been sacked last year,not promoted to become the Deputy Premier of Queensland".
Cameron Dick
Queensland's new Treasurer,Cameron Dick,has been minister for just about everything.
First elected to the Bligh government in 2009,he has held portfolios for education,health,state development,industrial relations and infrastructure,as well as being the Attorney-General.
He lost his seat of Greenslopes during Campbell Newman's 2012 election landslide,but was re-elected in Woodridge in 2015.

Mr Dick has been friends with Ms Palaszczuk for decades,the pair having met at university.
His brother Milton Dick was a Brisbane City Councillor before being elected to the federal seat of Oxley.
The former barrister has a masters degree in Law from Trinity College,Cambridge,and now lives in Logan with his wife and two sons.
Insiders say Mr Dick has long held ambitions of becoming premier and was even tipped to become Labor leader in 2015 if Ms Palaszczuk failed to make a dent during the election.
Other cabinet changes
Mr Dick will retain the Infrastructure and Planning portfolio while Tourism Minister Kate Jones assumes responsibility for State Development.
Minister for Fire and Emergency Services Craig Crawford will take over Ms Trad's responsibility for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships.
Gladstone MP Glenn Butcher has been promoted to cabinet as Minister for Regional Development and Manufacturing.
