It includes Heydon on Contract,the latest edition of which was published by leading legal publisher Thomson Reuters in May last year. The text retails for close to $300.
In a statement on Friday,Thomson Reuters'senior vice president of corporate affairs,David Crundwell,said the company was"aware of the High Court’s public statement regarding the findings of their independently-commissioned investigation into the conduct of former Justice Heydon".
Mr Heydon was"a contributor to two of our legal publications",he said.
"As an organisation we are committed to a zero-tolerance approach toward sexual harassment,which extends to our partners,suppliers and contributors. As a result we are reviewing our relationship in light of these findings,"Mr Crundwell said.
The publisher of the Sydney-based Federation Press,Jason Monaghan,said Mr Heydon's bookHeydon:Selected Speeches and Papers"continues to be available for purchase"and"we have no further comment to make".
The Herald contacted LexisNexis,another major legal publisher of Mr Heydon's works including the leading textCross on Evidence,but did not receive a response by deadline.
