"Given that Daryl Maguire had a key to the Premier's north shore home for many years, and while cohabitating came and went as he liked as recently as last month, doesn't this demonstrate an intimate personal relationship and the Premier's failure under the ministerial code of conduct to declare all of Daryl Maguire's business interests,"Mr Latham asked.
The ICAC is investigating whether Mr Maguire, the former MP for Wagga Wagga, used his position has a member of Parliament for financial gain, including brokering property deals.
Labor leader Jodi McKay later asked Ms Berejiklian in Parliament:"Given revelations that Daryl Maguire had a key and access to your home for several years, including as recently as last month, why did you breach your own ministerial code of conduct by failing to disclose this relationship."
Speaker Jonathon O'Dea initially attempted to stop the question, citing"suppression orders that ICAC has made in terms of restricting publication".
However, after the Premier indicated she wanted to respond,Mr O'Dea allowed the question.
"I've read and heard things, including today, which are just factually incorrect,"Ms Berejiklian said.
"But I will say this,I respect the process,I have faith in the process and and I ask everybody to have faith in that process,of which I was a witness."
