Kyrgios,de Minaur,John Millman and James Duckworth will all compete in the men’s singles.
Barty will be joined by Sam Stosur and Ajla Tomljanovic in the women’s singles.
Storm Sanders will partner the world No.1 in doubles,while Stosur and Ellen Perez will form Australia’s second doubles team.
In the men’s doubles,Millman will partner Luke Saville and John Peers will play with De Minaur.
Kyrgios’ debut will come five years after his public feud with AOC chef de mission Kitty Chiller.
The world No.58,who will play his first match since the third round of the Australian Open at Wimbledon on Tuesday night (AEST),received a 16-page letter from the AOC which asked him to explain why he should represent Australia in Rio de Janeiro.
Kyrgios responded by mocking Chiller’s 14th place finish in the modern pentathlon in 2000 and subsequently withdrew from consideration for selection.
