“It was a significant injury,we always hoped we would get him right in time for the first Test,” Rennie said. “The medics and S&C boys have done a great job with him. It was looking at one stage like he might not take part at all in the English series. We are very confident he will get back on the park next week.”
As with most clashes against Jones’ England,the Wallabies believe the battleground will be the set-pieces and the maul. But with a heavy flavour of the maul-loving Brumbies,Rennie believes they have the pack to match the English,and then use a backline featuring Quade Cooper,Samu Kerevi and Marika Koroibete.
